As President of Boeing Airplane Services, he launched the division from inception to $3.25 billion in revenue within three years, making it Boeing’s most profitable business unit. At Triumph Aerospace, he expanded the sales pipeline from $4 billion to $15 billion in just 18 months, securing more than $1 billion in new contracts. At KAPCO Global, he drove post-acquisition revenue growth, rebranded the company globally, and positioned it for a $1.2B revenue run rate.
Known for his turnaround mastery, Joseph led the revitalization of National Equipment Services by raising $80M to restructure debt during bankruptcy, restoring solvency, and repositioning the company as the third-largest rental firm in the U.S. At Dalfort Aviation, he reversed $2.5M in monthly losses into positive cash flow within a year, showcasing his ability to drive rapid financial and operational recovery.

Joseph holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Technologies from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Communications from the University of Rio Grande.
